Terms of Service

These terms are written for a non-custodial ProveX settlement layer — not for a centralized exchange.

Effective 26 August 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to the ProveXAgent interface, agent templates, and related documentation (the “Interface”). The Interface is software that helps you instruct non-custodial agents to plan settlements that, when fully wired, complete only through the ProveX protocol on PulseChain. By using the Interface you agree to these Terms.

ProveXAgent is not an exchange, broker, bank, money transmitter, or custodian. It does not hold your crypto or your fiat. ProveX smart-contract escrow and a verified zero-knowledge proof are the only value-moving path contemplated by this protocol.

Relationship to ProveX

ProveX is a separate PulseChain-native P2P fiat-to-crypto settlement protocol. The ProveXAgent adapter is designed to call ProveX; it is not a fork of ProveX and does not replace ProveX terms published at provex.com. Where these Terms and ProveX’s own terms both apply to a settlement, ProveX’s on-chain rules and verifier outcome control the movement of funds.

PulseX, at pulsex.com, is an independent DEX. Pairs referenced in the Interface (including PXA/WPLS and PRVX/WPLS) are labeled for routing. Wrapped Pulse (WPLS) is not native PLS.

Non-custodial nature

You retain control of keys and fiat accounts. Agents may plan, match, and submit proofs; they are forbidden from taking custody. A seller lock is a transaction you (or a wallet you control) sign into ProveX escrow. A buyer proof is generated from a payment you make. If a screen in this Interface simulates those steps, it is a demonstration unless a live contract address and a signed transaction say otherwise.

  • We never ask for seed phrases or bank passwords.
  • Language-model narration cannot authorize a transfer.
  • A circuit-breaker pause stops new agent plans; it cannot seize escrowed funds.

Eligibility and restricted use

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and must not use the Interface if applicable law forbids you from using PulseChain, ProveX, or P2P fiat-crypto settlement. You are solely responsible for complying with sanctions, tax, and consumer-finance rules that apply to you. The Interface does not perform KYC and does not store identity documents — ProveX identity is a cryptographic attestation, not a government ID check.

Settlements, proofs, and finality

A ProveX release after a valid ZK proof is final at the contract. Card-network or bank chargebacks do not instruct the verifier to rewind. If you are a seller, you bear fiat-rail fraud risk after release. If you are a buyer, you bear smart-contract and proof-soundness risk until release. Agents do not sit in the middle with a discretionary refund button.

Fees described in the Interface (ProveX core 2% buy-and-burn $PRVX, separate from ProveXAgent 1%: 0.5% buyer and 0.5% seller, then 40/40/20 into $PXA burn, $PRVX burn, and treasury) are protocol parameters. On-chain values, when deployed, prevail over any dashboard copy.

Tokens are not an offer

$PXA, $PRVX, PLS, WPLS, and other assets mentioned are cryptographic tokens. Nothing in the Interface is an offer to sell securities, a promise of profit, or a solicitation in any jurisdiction. vePXA locks are a usage and governance mechanism, not a deposit account.

Demonstration software

Parts of this Interface simulate registry, staking, proofs, and burns locally so you can inspect the lifecycle. Simulated balances are not redeemable. The Security page discloses what is connected, simulated, linked, or unwired. You agree not to treat a simulated receipt as an on-chain event.

License and feedback

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Interface for its intended, lawful, non-custodial purpose. You grant us a license to use feedback you submit. Protocol names, ProveX marks, and third-party marks remain with their owners.

Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

THE INTERFACE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Smart contracts, zero-knowledge systems, PulseChain, PulseX, wallets, and fiat rails can fail. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Interface is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. The date below will change. Continued use after an update is acceptance. Related documents: Privacy, Risk Disclosure, Acceptable Use, and the White Paper.
